Physical Characteristics

Description As a freshwater, spring-fed body of water, its size covers approximately 326 acres. Every Fall season, as part of the water management program (conducted by the pond association), a significant amount of water is drained from the lake. This practice has helped to maintain the pristine conditions. When this event occurs, the reduction of the water level exposes the rocky nature that is normally hidden.
